He is a pretty good owner!! He is always active, friendly, and open to community. He manages the server, talk to the community, hire staff, handle finances, and ensure hardware and software are up to spec. He respects staff, have consistent rules, and are willing to invest financially. He doesn't not abusive the power he has with the server.
