A server for learning & practicing Russian and English. It was created as a cozier, less noisy alternative to larger servers. We read dual-language books (English-Russian) together, and offer Russian lessons for different levels. You will find chat rooms and voice channels for learning, practicing or just having fun (all while improving your language skills.)

Let's watch the Russian miniseries Liquidation (2007) together! Liquidation is a historical detective drama, set in the post-war city of Odessa in 1946. Two very different men with equally strong personalities, David Gottsman (Vladimir Mashkov) and Marshal Georgy Zhukov (Vladimir Menshov), must cooperate to battle the city's crime wave and unmask a criminal mastermind. Using the textbook “A living Russian Grammar 3” we will try to improve your knowledge of Russian. Just a little bit of theory plus exercises. This event is not for beginners. Your level of Russian should be Intermediate or higher.
