DiscordHelp is a unique project, a server for everyone who faces difficulties in creating, managing or developing their Discord servers. We are not just a community, but an entire system of support, experience sharing and safe learning for owners, moderators, bot developers and regular users. DiscordHelp's goal is to bring together knowledge, tools and resources in one place where everyone can get help or share experiences.
On the server you will find separate thematic channels for help with setting up permissions, roles, channels, bots, webhooks, anti-crash systems, automation and much more. If you have a problem, you can always ask a question in the appropriate section and they will try to help you as soon as possible. For complex technical cases, there is an option to create your own publication for in-depth help and discussions, as well as a feedback system with server evaluation specialists if you need a more detailed and simple solution.
DiscordHelp is divided into several key sections: technical help, server development tips, finding developers and designers, security and raid protection issues, as well as a feedback platform where you can leave your opinion on the work of team members, get honest and real feedback or complain about server issues.
We also have a separate section with documentation and guides. There you can find articles, instructions and visual explanations of the most popular and complex Discord features - from setting up NSFW channels and verification systems to complex configurations of anti-crash bots or custom embed messages. We try to keep the information up-to-date and understandable even for beginners.
Special attention is paid to security. The server has anti-crash mechanisms, auto-moderation filters, protection from pings and spam, as well as a system of applying for the role of moderator and others. We strictly monitor who gets access to critical channels and features. The internal DiscordHelp team periodically updates the raider blacklist, which is available through the #blacklist channel, where the IDs of violators are published.
We actively support community growth: we help promote useful bots and projects, open temporary channels for feedback exchange, and provide a showcase for development teams and server owners who want to offer their services or find helpers. All interaction is done through the forum system, which makes it easy to navigate even on a large server.
Advertising without consent, references without reason, aggression, discrimination, insults and distribution of malicious files are forbidden on the server. We provide a comfortable environment where everyone can feel safe and confident. A full list of rules can be found in the #rules-en channel and adherence to them is mandatory for all participants. Violations are recorded and handled by the auto-moderation system and live moderators.
In addition to help, DiscordHelp offers tools: rule templates, configurations for popular bots, ready embed messages, role and channel templates, sample questionnaires, verification guides, auto-responders, and even templates for anti-ping systems. All of this is available for free or with minimal activity requirements.
We use auto-roles, reaction bars, forum tags, quick link system and special commands within the server to make it easy to communicate and find answers. We also have an auto-greeting for new members and a detailed navigation menu that introduces the basics of DiscordHelp and helps you find the sections you need.
DiscordHelp is open for cooperation. We are ready to discuss partnerships with other servers, mutual assistance, providing space for IT projects and sharing best practices. Our goal is to make the Discord environment safe, understandable and accessible for everyone.
Join DiscordHelp if you're looking for support, want to grow your server, or just want to learn more about Discord. Here you will find knowledge, order, help and a strong support team always ready to answer your question.
